She helped me thru some anxiety of shipping something that needed to be handled in a very timely manner ( she helped by carefully explaining how to prepare the label I needed my office in Pennsylvania to create- and she helped my assuring me the concierge team at the hotel would bring my package to them on Monday morning( I was anxious since I had to leave Orlando on a very early flight and I wasn’t going to be around to give the shipment to Melissa). I am very, very thankful for the service Melissa and the team at that location provided me. Waist a gift it was to have it all under one roof. Thank you Melissa!!
