She has managed this FedEx branch by herself for over 2 years, always upbeat, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I’ve arrived with 10 plus boxes of cookies and cakes, and she efficiently takes care of all of my packages quickly and correctly. Raymond helped us today; he was polite and efficient. He is a keeper and under Tremere(sp) training and guidance. Because of these employees, I will continue to use this FedEx facility.

On this day, there was a very difficult customer in front of me who wanted to ship something fragile in the improper packaging. She explained the policy in detail and explained his options. He was not going to be happy unless she took the package but she stood by store policy and while keeping perfectly calm. She exhibited complete professionalism in the matter. I will always recommend this store.

I am always greeted with a smile and now that I have been there for a while they even greet me with my name. The customer service is incredible and greatly appreciated. Each printing job is exactly how we order it and we receive plenty of compliments from our customers.

My company has very detailed presentations that often cause issues when printing. She has helped me work through and solve the issue every single time. I have gone to other places to print and when there are issues in the final result they tell me “it’s just your file” and that’s all the help they give. Tremayne has never done that and there have been many issues because of my companies files and she has helped and fixed every single one no matter how long it took or how many different solutions we had to try. She has saved me many times from being in trouble at work because without her help the print jobs would not get done or not be quality. I won’t go to any other store or any other FedEx location while I am here because I don’t think anyone will be as helpful as she has been.
