Anette disregarded what she said and was able to fulfill the job. Anette is the only person there with good customer service , everyone there needs to be trained on customer service.

Finally when someone did come to help he was not knowledgeable about how to send a fax. When I asked if I could pay in cash with a rep, they told me it was a $2.99 additional charge separately of the amount to send the fax. I asked someone in parking lot if they were ever charged a fee of $2.99 to send a fax, they said no. Today's staff made me feel very uncomfortable and uneasy. When I asked them if I should have dialed a 1 before sending the fax, they said check the prompt, which was already closed by then. If this staff doesn't want to help customers please get a new staff that will help customers and knowledgeable on the equipment. I still don't know if my fax went through!
