(The regular USPS mail service is almost nonexistent because of problems at a new distribution center.) Each time, the young man has been courteous and patient. He also has imparted information about the service that I am able to use when sending packages and letters.

I emailed the info in, which is my 3rd month doing it, and when I got there the order was only partially there and it was slightly different the proof I sent in. The young lady I was working with saved the situation by redoing the print job while I was there and made the necessary corrections to the prints to fit what I asked for and the bills to match my original order which didn't have the unnecessarily excess fees the 2nd month's print job had. I wish I knew her name so I could shout her out.

Everyone that I have had experience with at this location are polite & get the job done , but Jesus helps with packing voluntarily & makes suggestions to save me money & for more secure shipping. I am retired from Fedex & continue to hear negative comments about Fedex, which bothers me- I worked for them for 35 years. To receive great customer service in these days is thrilling. Jesus is one that gives great service & is so very polite!
