She handled my request with assistance even though it was a self service option. I had no idea how to use the self device lamination to laminate an important letter. She even took the time to cut the lamination to make a perfect lamination without me asking her to. Afterwards, she helped me ship out my letter nd I held her up for an additional 10 minutes b/c I forgot the zip code for the recipient! She continued to be patient and never made me feel like I was holding her from leaving for the night. This was a time sensitive letter to mail. I’m so happy I had Drew to help me and she made my experience an amazing one! Drew is an excellent associate and I hope her efforts are recognized as a result of this feedback.
