The machine gave me an error code Everytime I tried to scan double sided documents. Rosie tried to solve the issue but the machine would not cooperate. She finally ran them for me on another copier. Her willingness to help and her cheerful demeanor resolved a really frustrating situation. I was able to meet a deadline for submitting the copies.
