Michael helped me out, asking questions to determine which box would be a perfect fit. I did not have the items with me so had to come back the next day and Michael remembered who I was and was able to help me get my item sent out. Michael went above and beyond to find me a box that would fit. He also was super kind and friendly. So happy I was able to get my product sent out. Plus pricing was good, didn’t cost me an outrageous amount.
