It is highly dysfunctional requiring the user to conform to their system rather than coordinating with the customer's print requirements. I worked for hours trying to use an invitation style which should be reasonably simple and it was a nightmare. Requiring PDFs complicate things with their extreme built in non editing system. Fortunatley Adrieen was very helpful when working through the glitch in the Canva system so I received my invitations on time...they looked beautiful. She saved the day and Fed Ex print's reputation.

I was worried about not being able to print awards for my training this week because I was last minute, and my worries were release when I came to FedExOffice on canal street in Chicago. I observed her coworkers also relying on her as a resource to help other customers. While she helped me she efficiently addressed other customer in line to decrease their waiting time. It was a busy time in the store but no one was unhappy. Thank you Adanama for making my experience a good one. Shawn completed my purchase. He was also very nice and did he very best to get me out of the door with my purchase. I will be back!
