We found this service online and I definitely regret not researching my options more and spending the additional $200+ for the "govworks" service (which I feel is a bit of a scam), I am glad that we went to FedEx for our pictures. Since my daughter was a minor, and had to submit a brand new application through the USPS, I realized that I could have simply done the same. However, after having to wait in line for others to complete applications and take pictures at the post office, we learned that, in the future, we will be better off to fill out renewal applications online and get passport photos done at FedEx to save time and save a LOT of money submitting applications ourselves instead of using the govworks.com. It was a huge learning experience and even after feeling like I'd been scammed, Lorie, at FedEx was wonderful in helping us and getting our pictures taken. She was professional, helpful, and very personable.
