I have never returned anything to Fed Ex before and was very nervous about making a mistake or not having the right necessary paperwork. Her professionalism and people skills were very impressive. She was kind and patient and went above and beyond to make sure my items were returned. She also shared with me some tips for returning things in the future. I will always use that office for future returns because of her.
