    Brie was awesome!! I entered the store about 30 minutes before close. Brie spent a full 30 minutes helping me with print items I need for a presentation with my RSVP. Brie even made suggestions to improve the signs and papers I needed printed. I was very impressed with the store, staff, and service. I will definitely return to this location.

    We had a very large and complicated group of packages to ship. Katrina was very welcoming in the store, and Danielle was helpful and knowledgeable about helping us choose the right way to send our packages. We visited this location due to the larger variety of shipping materials available, and will be back.

    Hope (asst manager) was very rude. Terrible customer service skills. I have an account with Fedex and ship regularly using your service. I paid almost $200 to ship a package to HK and was planning to utilize one of your prepaid boxes. She got an attitude with me when I asked if she could add some filling as the content were loose inside the box. When I asked if it would fit in a smaller box, she said, ‘do you want to pay for that’. This is horrible customer service.

    Nick was amazing he saved the day because we needed these pictures for our event and it was last minute due to the other printing place ruin our pictures. He came through ! Not only he was patience with what we were asking for , he went above and beyond to ensure we get our pictures in a timely matter. By far the best experience we ever had.

    These two gentlemen went above and beyond. We are having a last minute memorial service and they stayed late after work to help fix the printing issues with our order. The documents we sent were having issues formatting and they were kind, patient, and extremely empathetic. Probably the best customer service and excellent problem solving that I’ve ever experienced from people in customer service. We can’t thank them enough.

    When I walked in, I asked a desk associate behind to shopping counter to help me figure out how to use the self service printer. I was told it’s self explanatory and pointed to the printer. Nick saw that I was struggling to figure it out. He stopped what he was doing, came over and asked if I needed assistance, then proceeded to walk me through each step of a lengthy process to print several documents and make copies. He was very polite and pleasurable to work with. Nick made me feel like a valued customer!

    Team member worked with me a long time , doing everything she could to print my ship label. We had trouble sending email from my phone. She worked at it, trying everything, and finally was able to print shipping label for 3 Walmart return packages. I'm very thankful and appreciate all that she did to help me with lots of patience and kindness. She is a smart, sweet young lady and she didn't give up on me as a customer. Please note I am not very cell phone tech savvy? Thank you so much!

    I presented to the store to get assistance with a funeral program for my mother who passed a few days before. I had to make some changes to the program, faced some challenges and became overwhelmed until I became emotional. Katrina and Nick were so patient, understanding and supportive. Once the product was finished, I was pleased. Upon leaving, I decided upon a change I wanted, called Nick and he was agreeable. Later that night, I sent an updated version at which point the Manager Bri was assisted me. The next day, I continued to make changes that resulted in me sending multiple versions. They were very patient. I even made changes to the order, but they were understanding and supportive. The programs came out fabulously. The team was nice, accommodating and extremely patient.
