I ended up spending more than that trying to figure it out myself and I still didn't get what I wanted, which should be simple because I can do it on my work copy machine no problem, but I don't use work machines for personal projects. Horrible service, they're all unhelpful and lazy, literally just sitting around on their phones. Someone could have easily come out from behind their little desk and helped me scan and print something.

I said I wanted black and white copies on the cheapest paper. I wasn’t given a quote ahead of time. When I came in the next day, the charge was well over $800! And the copies were in color. I think twice before using your service again.
