I am a vintage human not prone to learning new skills particularly involving modern technology. I feel inspired and a bit younger! Plus Taylor pointed me to a comfortable seating area for customers - a comfort to my weary bones.

With Dennis helping me use a machine to print from my flash drive (never did that before), I realized how simple it was. Alas: my flash drive was old and not in good condition! No problem, Jill used her experience to wangle a print from it. Then when I asked if a new flash drive was in order: yes! Dennis guided me to the correct choice for my needs. Wonderful staff: experienced and kind. Ana’s eyes and ears stayed with us ready to assist, all the while helping other customers.

Why with confidence: the Fed ex team (Jill, Taylor, Dennis, Ana)had greeted me and had communicated thoughtfully to “keep on eye on me” lest machine/me tangled. They maintain immaculate machines: no paper jams, paper always stocked, ink always in supply, surfaces always wiped, work areas well stocked and placed. All equal confident, evolving self service skills for me. Thank you!
