I chose the cheaper sized ticket... but she knew I wanted something else. She sensed that I wasn't happy- and gave me time to think. She didn't rush, nor did she coerce me. I loved that! Although she was short staffed and the store was BUSY, she was kind, efficient, patient and professional with EVERY customer. I was so impressed, and I left happy, with the products I wanted and my tickets AND posters were beautiful. She knows her craft and she knows "customer service!!!" I WILL BE BACK AND SEND MORE PEOPLE THERE. Thank you!

She was exceedingly polite, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Frankly, I would like to hire her away for my own company. FedEx is very fortunate to have an employee of this caliber, and I hope that she is appropriately recognized and rewarded. She will really go places, I have no doubt, and FedEx should do anything they can to keep her.
