The staff communicated with me in advance to ensure that the image displayed clearly. When I arrived to pick up the canvas print, the staff was friendly. On top of all that, my order was completed ahead of schedule. I will definitely be returning to this specific store and recommend them to others. 5 stars!

She was quick, polite and used her expertise to help me accomplish my printing needs efficiently. She made my experience wonderful!

I don’t want to believe it’s because of my race but I think it may play a role in the way I feel about the way she addresses me. She’s disrespectful and she talks down to you. She acts like she doesn’t want to help you. I had a simple print order one day and she told me if I wanted it I should do it online. I visited the store because I wanted my copies printed. She said it’s a busy day. I’m like there is no one in the store what do you mean you’re busy. Do you have some orders in the queue that you need to get done. She said know and begrudgingly send them to print. On another occasion I had a 22x28 poster printed. The cost was $56.99. I came back the next day for another poster and she charged me $66. I told her that didn’t make sense. Needless to say I paid for it but told her I didn’t understand her reasoning behind the price. because of her I’m contemplating going somewhere else for my printing
