Everyone at the center is more than helpful, and have become an important part of making my business successful. In fact, I considered purchasing a large-scale printer in the past, but your employees make it so easy, I decided against the purchase. While I love all the people there, Bryan and Carrie are my automatic go-to’s. I hope you never let them go…they’re priceless to have on your team, and being a small business owner, I know how hard it is to find good employees…you’ve got a bunch!!

Admittedly, I do not need to use FedEx services often. When I arrived, Lori asked me what I needed and I told her I needed to make a copy. I began to look around for the machine, and she had to direct me where to go. I struggled with how to start. Apparently you are supposed to touch the touchscreen on the side of the printer to begin the transaction, but the screen on the printer said to insert card, and that was what I saw and that was what I was trying to do. I kept trying to find where I needed to insert a card. There was another customer in the store being helped by another associate, and no other customers. Lori came over to help, which I was appreciative of, but then she proceeded to point at the screen on the side, to each individual word, and read it out loud to me slowly, "Touch, Screen" "to begin" or whatever the last part is. It was humiliating, and uncalled for. Simply telling me to touch the touchscreen on the pad to the side of the unit would have been sufficient. I let her know I didn't need her assistance if she was going to treat me that way, and she told me everyone struggles with this. It was like that was her excuse to me for being rude. It seems to me that the beginning steps should be made more clear. If everyone looks at the printer, then there should be something on the printer to direct customers to the touchpad on the side. Once I was able to begin, the rest was very easy and intuitive, and I appreciated how quickly I was in and out.

I am needing to find out how to get a refund for this. Have discovered the local county library offers the same services FedEx offers for free.

Service was good, apparently demand was high and so I needed to wait till the next day, and I was surprised by the cost, as it was nearly twice the price as the last time I had a similar book spiral bound less than a month ago.
