He ensured my multi-page, color and black-and-white copies were done correctly. He was fun and friendly also.

I called Saturday morning to discuss capabilities and production specs so that I could ensure I designed and set up my files correctly. I spoke with Ethan, who said that if I got in early in the afternoon, they may be able to get it done same day. I was expecting to have to come back the next day. When I got to the store, Ethan was very helpful. He confirmed that the file was received and printed the layouts right away, so that I could approve them. Then, I went and ran a few errands and came back in an hour to pick them up. Ethan did a great job with them. They were perfect, and unlike so many people now days, he never made me feel like I was being difficult for needing a quick turn, or not knowing exactly what to ask for. I appreciate that. Thank you, Ethan.

I left before the printers realized and the promptly informed me that I would need to convert the files and come back. When I went to pick up the files and get a refund for what wasn’t printer, I was shocked that Brian had gotten all the files to print. He went through and converted the incompatible files by hand. It must have taken 2-3 hours.
