I am in and out of this FedEx a lot and typically have wonderful experiences. Ashlee, Tom and Denise are always friendly and so, so willing to help. Today I interacted with Tearance while I was dropping off my eight packages. Please re-train her on how to provide customer service. Let her know that your business depends on customers, so how they are treated matters. Her tone was rude and disrespectful. She was short with her responses and didn’t smile once during our interaction. If I hadn’t had such great experiences here prior, I would rethink using this center.
I walked in with a package that needed to be shipped to a client so they could take the samples and add them to a software and needed it there by the next day. Denise came over and helped me put some packing peanuts in the box to help the samples from shifting and being damaged during shipping. I had specific instructions on the shipping address and she made sure it was correct and explained the differences between each shipment method like cost and delivery date. She packed taped the box and put the label on the box before I left so I knew everything I need was inside. She pointed out my tracking number and made sure I got notifications on when my package shipped and was delivered to its location. Thanks again Denice!!!
Tearene was very patient as I asked her various questions about my purchase. I greatly appreciated it. Her energy was refreshing as I imagine it isnt easy to work with the public. Very pleased with my visit. Denice was very helpful in completing my project and was very kind. My posters turned out great I had not one issue with the serivice or the store great staff and great quality. Denice did everything perfectly my posters turned out amazing. Denice also was very helpful in helping me chose the best look for my posters great service.
Nina M. assisted me with the large format copier. She also laminated 3 items for me. Nina was helpful, happy and professional. When the large copier would not perform, Nina asked for assistance then took care of the laminations.
I love Denise she is always in a great mood and willing to help. Always greets you with a smile and makes you feel welcomed.
I needed to edit a document I made a mistake on, so I approached a store representative asking to use the computer and whether or not I was able to use it to edit (I’ve never done so before). She said that I could use to to edit, informed me that it was 35 cents per minute and continued to assist me by instructing me how to open the document, edit, save it and print it. She was extremely helpful and polite, my experience with Denice was very positive. She also checked me out for my print order quickly thereafter.
I was helped today by Denise, who is ALWAYS a pleasure. She smiles, jokes, and she is completely proficient at her job. She does everything right at a quick pace. Most importantly, she is always upbeat, smiling and personalizing the conversation. Denise rules.

Denice was excellent. Very friendly and efficient. I was in and out of the store with everything I needed in under 3 minutes. Will definitely go back as a result of Denice's customer service.
I ordered wedding invitations that were too large for their envelope. There were over 400 invites and we were unsure if Fedex would be able to help or if we would have to try to cut these by hand. Reginald happily helped and adjusted several times as we got the perfect fit. It took him 30 minutes to get it just right and it never seemed as it was inconveniencing him. I appreciate his attention to detail and kindness in helping us. Without him and FedEx this would have taken us hours. I've had to use this fedex store several times and it's always an amazing experience . I've worked with Denise in the past on similarly tedious projects and she is always so warm and kind. This store has great employees who really take pride in helping their customers and it makes FedEx the first thing I think of when I'm in a pinch and need help. Great place, great people.
For this project, I was helped by the Assistant Manager Tom. On the initial visit, I brought a USB drive with image files to create ten 11x17 banner displays. After Tom downloaded the images, it became obvious that the files were not compatible with the FEDEXOFFICE software options. I was disappointed but resolved to the fact that the banners might not come out the way I hoped.m Lucky for me, Tom said he would not be satisfied until the banners looked just as I wanted. Tom worked for over an hour on formatting the files but was not satisfied with the final results. We agreed that I would leave the files with him and he would continue to work on them as time allowed. A couple of days later, Tom called to tell me that he had been able to format the images to work on the banners and that I would be able to pick up the banners at the end of the week. Needless to say, I was thrilled. At the end of the week I picked up the banners and they were PERFECT!!! Exactly as I had hoped. This week our church displayed the first of the 10 banners on the welcome table. Our parishioners were very complementary of the professional look of the banner and what a nice impression the banner would make on our visitors. I can't thank Tom enough for taking the time to work with our images and his dedication to creating such an amazing final product. Based on the outcome of these banners, our church is already formulating new ideas for additional displays. Thank you so much, Tom!!
Mr. Reginald greeted me as I walked in and helped me with my printing order. He was very kind and professional. It was my first time with this service, so I asked a lot of questions and he was so polite and helpful. I kept apologizing because I thought I was asking silly questions but he said it was okay and helped me with no hesitation or frustration. He was great!
The team member who opened the store that day took care of my order. She was friendly, courteous, and very efficient. I was thoroughly impressed, and will use this location for all my business needs in the future. Great job!
I went in to use the self copier and it was occupied and one was out of service, so Denice had me come to the counter and she made all my copies for me. Shes always so pleasant and joyful it makes coming in there a pleasure. She greets everyone and always says goodbye. I will only use this Kinkos for my services because of her.
Denice helped me. This was the day before Thanksgiving and I had been running a lot of errands. Denice made the experience of shipping a VERY large box very easy, even pleasant since she was so friendly and helpful! I was in and out of there. She took care of everything. I left smiling!
Stephanie and Noah were both very helpful. When we walked in there were a few customers all ready in the store but we were still greeted and acknowledged they told us they would be with us asap. I already knew what I wanted (color prints on 12x18 32lb) so my order was taken , processed and handed to me within a few moments. I always enjoy coming into this location. I've always had a good experience.
Elinor, the employee who made this experience a great one, was quick, understanding, and very polite. The service was quick and easy. Usually, I hate having to wait in long lines but here, there was no line and employees ready to help me as soon as I walked through the door I will now be going to this location more often.
Denise was the person who worked with me. Very friendly, helpful, efficient. Answered questions confidently. I ordered printing of posters by email. A representative called within an hour and discussed the details, and then sent a follow-up email to confirm. I went to pick it up this morning and everything was just right.
