    I had a very difficult job that was a 1200 page manual. Maritza was very hands on and took care of my project as a whole. She is a valuable member to your team and deserves recognition for her hard work! I will be bringing all of my printing needs to FedEx Office due to how well she took care of me.

    I was not aware of new kiosk. Team member would not speak to me. She brought me over to kiosk and kept saying, “Push the button.” She would not make eye contact, touch the envelope, or answer my questions. I was very confused and uncomfortable. My receipt doesn’t even include complete tracking number. So, I cannot track my package. Will never return to this location.

    I came into the store on a Tuesday around 4:30 PM. Several team members were working and no one was at the counter line. I walked up to the counter and greeted the person. She was immediately dry and had a bad attitude. I told her I wanted to ship an envelope via FedEx 2-day with a direct signature required. Before I could finish stating my request, she rudely interrupted me and asked for my ID. I provided my ID and she then asked me what I was there for. I repeated I needed to ship the envelope via FedEx 2-Day with a signature required. She slammed an envelope on the counter and said "Stick it in here". I took a picture of my original envelope with my phone, in case we would need to reference the address again, placed my envelope in the FedEx envelope, and removed the sliver of paper covering the sticky seal to close the envelope. I placed the little sliver of paper on the counter, in front of me, expecting to throw it out once we finished the transaction. Immediately, the girl rudely said, "Ma'am there is a trash can behind you". I nodded acknowledging her comment and, because I didn't immediately go to the trash can, she rudely told me twice more. I looked back and the trash can was quite a ways away. I put the sliver of paper in my pocket to appease her as I just wanted to finish the transaction. It didn't make sense for me to walk away mid-transaction when I had my ID out and my credit card and wallet in hand, not to mention that I was handing her the envelope at that moment. She finally stopped asking me to throw the little paper away and proceeded with the transaction. She then asked me for my credit card to pay and I paused and said "You did 2-day with a signature required, right?". She paused, sighed, and said "Oh" and, without saying else, asked me for my ID again. She did not acknowledge her mistake nor did she apologize for the inconvenience. She took my ID, used it then looked at me and said "I need to look at the picture on your phone for the address". We had to do the whole transaction ALL OVER AGAIN because she had not paid attention to my request. I was tempted to say "if you were more worried about what you were doing and less about this little piece of paper maybe you would've been able to concentrate and get the transaction right", but I did not. I stayed quiet and let her do it all over again. I told her what I needed several times and she was disinterested, ignored me, and was rude. At the end, I went to pay and she almost didn't let me because the card reader wasn't picking up my card. She insisted that I use another card to which I had to tell her it was a business transaction and I had to use that card, the company card. She then rudely took my card from me and manually inserted the number into the system. It was a horrible experience. She was very rude and unwilling to help. She only moved forward and eventually got the transaction done due to my own due diligence and persistence. This is not at all what I expect from FedEx Office. It was also not the first time a similar situation happened at that same location. This is why, this time, I made sure to double-check that she processed the transaction correctly. Then to top it off, my package was delivered and not signed for. I work in the legal field and the packages we sent for service must be signed for. We pay $6 extra for the signature service and its so frustrating to have to charge clients multiple times for FedEx's employee's failure to follow instructions and do their jobs correctly.

    Andrea (Black girl with mask on) is VERY RUDE. I've had the displeasure of having to deal with her multiple times. Every time I have to ship something and it's her at the desk, I die a little inside. She has a crabby attitude, she doesn't elaborate when she asks something that doesn't make sense, she seems constantly irritated, and worst of all she made me pack up my own shipment and apply the label myself. I could understand if the store was really busy, but I was literally the only person in there. She easily could've done it, but she was clearly too lazy and didn't care. Anything extra I'd ask her to do, like adding a phone number, she'd get annoyed and not even add it in the right part of the shipment. I like most of the staff at that office, but I am not impressed with her at all. She has no personality and she comes off as very lazy and apathetic. She doesn't represent this store well at all.

    I came in with 20 boxes. I was having difficulty creating labels and scheduling a pick up from my house, so when I came into the store I was a bit flustered. But Kamau handled everything so smoothly and we had wonderful conversation to keep us entertained during the process. The service was efficient and I left much happier than when I entered. Absolutely lovely experience at this store.

    I always have wonderful customer service at this location.Dale was courteous and very helpful with my shipping needs.I was a bit taken a back by the price but my package was larger than I normally ship. Dale looked at all the options for me and provided great service.
