    The associate Altheia was very helpful and courteous. I needed help with taking an email from my phone with 2 different PDF's to download, print then fill out info, then scan & fax. How she able to direct me how to create a file in my phone, then send it over to your server for an authorizing code and complete the entire task was so rewarding & pleasing. (while smiling) She is a tremendous asset to FedEx. I left that filling store so satisfied !!!

    I went in on two different days, to place the order and to pick it up. I placed the order with John D., who was surly and ill-mannered and changed what should have been an agreeable conversation into an argument. Then, when I went to pick up the order, Trinitee was hostile and unhelpful. I've been going to this store for years and have never had such awful customer service. I will not go back there.

    Brad did such a fantastic job helping me today! I went to the store for help printing 3 files, and I suppose I was a more complex customer interaction - I needed to ask questions, as well as see and touch the paper/vinyl options to determine which one to select, and then I needed help with sizing and printing correctly. I had a vision of how I wanted everything to turn out, but I did not have the knowledge or language to be really specific and clear at first. Brad was very patient and kind, and he was willing to show me options or translate my non-specific terminology into printing terms and then configure everything to print correctly. He was pleasant and affable, and just so extremely patient and helpful. It was really clear from the beginning of our interaction that I was going to leave the store with exactly what I wanted, and that was very encouraging (and exciting, because it is for a project that I'm very pumped about!). Brad picked up on my enthusiasm and showed interest, on top of helping me figure out what I needed. The whole interaction seemed those from bygone eras - personal, helpful, like I was consulting with an expert who was invested in the outcome. This is the kind of interaction that will solidify a customer for life, and I wouldn't consider other printing options given the positive experience that I had today.
