And since I had to pay nearly $100 for the 30 pages, it would have been financially unreasonable to pay twice as much to try again. So Ernie, who had been helping me a few times along the way, saw the predicament and offered a solution. He suggested that he could send it from the internal fax machine to ensure that it is received on my recipient's end. This provided me much needed and appreciated sense of comfort and ease going into the weekend that these critical documents will be delivered. Way to go Ernie! (And the rest of the staff was also super helpful!)
