Although I had notified Angel of this the prior week, i did not expect the avalanche of customers to show up on a rainy day! It was extremely busy with not only shipments but also packaging and even passport photos!!. What leadership was exhibited by Angel! He never lost his cool and in my opinion managed superbly through extremely difficult circumstances! Jon came in early to help and what a wiz he was on the computer! I couldn’t believe how fast he typed and no mistakes. I wanted to double check all the addresses in the labels and I needed to get all the packages out today or worst case tomorrow due to impending surgery. They were all perfectly done!! Many addresses included apt numbers as well. They got the job done and exceeded my expectations especially given the number of customers they had to service all day long! Both Angel and Jon have great personalities and you can tell they love their job! It was such a pleasure to deal with extremely dedicated and professional stewards of FedEx! Thank you so much! Please convey my utmost appreciation for a job extremely well done! Also wanted to say thank you to Arther he came in and jumped right to work helping out the team get everything done.

I've never sent a FedEx abroad and Arthur made it so easy for me and prepared it quickly. He offered three delivery options and advised well on which to choose for what I needed. I was very grateful and surprised how fast the process went.
