It's employees like Leslie and Mykia that help make my experience peaceful. Leslie is knowledgeable, patient, kind, professional and courteous. She relieved so much stress from me with my business projects. I explained to her what I was looking for and she provided me with visual insight that definitely met my vision. I could not have succeeded without her. I've been to other locations, and nothing beats this location. I felt as though I was talking to a wall with employees at different stores, but with Leslie, she effectively listened to my needs, effectively communicated a suggestive plan, executed the plan and delivered results! I appreciate an individual that cares about their customers as opposed to coming into work to collect a paycheck and bounce. Mykia is genuine, polite, positive, and her attention to detail is impressive. She is attentive to customers and her service is outstanding. Mykia greets customers with her willingness and intentionality to ensure they're well taken care of. Her bright smile and enthusiasm helps liven up the store and that speaks volumes.
