I live in Los Angeles submitted my online order of 2 oversized, mounted posters for my mother's funeral to be printed at the Garden City, NY store. Brandon was the one who reviewed the order and called me directly to alert me about a serious error in the file. He went 1,000 extra miles to help me navigate an issue with the fedex/canva platform. After 2 hours, the order went through. Brandon is incredibly patient and excellent with customer service.
