I arrived at the fedex EXACTLY at 7pm last week, he saw me walking to the door as he was locking it. I had a pre-paid label, I could have scanned it at the self check out, it would have taken 15 seconds or honestly I didn't even need a receipt BUT HE REFUSED TO OPEN THE DOOR. HE GAVE ME A NASTY LOOK AND Said we are closed. THAT IS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I SPENT 15 MIN DRIVING THERE, WASTING MY TIME AND GAS FOR HIM TO NOT EVEN BE POLITE AND CONSIDERATE FOR PEOPLES TIME. I SHIP MANY PACKAGES AND UPS AND OTHER LOCATIONS WILL OPEN IF IM THERE 1 OR 2 MIN AFTER CLOSING, ESPECIALLY IF ITS A PRE PAID LABEL!!! THE STORE HOURS ARE 8AM-7PM.. SO IF ITS EXACTLY 7PM YOU SHOULD TAKE MY PACKAGE.. IF ITS 7:01PM THEN I UNDERSTAND, ITS AFTER BUSINESS HOURS! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
