So I call/email the store and they are fantastic. Your employees save your reputation, because the website is unusable. I used to be able to put in a custom size and custom instructions, but no longer. So without a contact for the local store I would not be able to use FedEx for my printing. A good thing I have been doing that for years and you actually retain some employees. Bravo to Heru and his crew.
