    I had a large number of copies, 90% of which were single-sided. I wanted three holes perforated in them to be able to put them in binders. The first disappointment was being told that the store no longer had the drill to punch the three holes in the copies. Regardless, I had the store do the copies, but to my surprise, today, when I was looking through the files, they copied EVERY file as if it had been a double sided to single sided, resulting in 90% of the files having a blank sheet after every copy. Therefore, also being charged twice what the job should’ve cost. I questioned the amount when I picked it up, but I didn’t realize what it was until today. I am VERY unhappy and will be going back to the store tomorrow to discuss this. Because not only was I charged twice what I should’ve been now I have to separate every single blank sheet of paper from my copies. You were charging me for 50% blank sheets of paper!

    Needed to have reusable plastic coated doubl sided visual assistant handouts to be made. Need to be cost effective and have these be returned to me at the end of the class time

    My experience at your store was great I had a whole manila envelope bag full of receipts had to get them all copied and your guy took them separated all the small ones on bigger pieces of paper putting them all on there and then the receipts were officeized paper it printed on regular paper for me I put everything together and send it home to me I really enjoyed your my experience there

    Denise and the entire team in the Transit Room store are outstanding. I am a former National bank executive and a mini customer service and marketing guru. They are fast, pleasant and look you in the eye. They have to deal with many rude and rushing customers. Bob Ryan

    This young man was very helpful. I had to send a fax and he was with me the entire time, helping me to send it. Which you don't have this happen very often He was very courteous and helpful. I told the manager and he asked if I would fill out this survey. this was at store 3695

    Everyone at this location is very helpful and kind. I’ve been using this location as a hold for pick up for 5 years now and they make my job so much easier. I would not be using FedEx if it wasn’t for them.

    I paid $94.01 on 1/19/24 for a small package to be delivered overnight from Buffalo, NY to Oceanside,NY and they didn’t deliver the package until almost at 4:30pm today 1/22/24. They said they couldn’t help me at the FedEx store I shipped it from to call customer service. I called customer service and they said they couldn’t help me either that I know have to file a case by opening up an account online. Not what I would call good customer service!!
