Amber always takes care of my print projects and I hoped she could help. As soon as I told her it was perishable medication, she jumped into action. Not sure who she called but she described my problem to multiple people before she got to the person who could help. She was able to reach your Bedford location, verify it was there and the team there searched. They called just an hour later and I have the meds!! Truly a life saver.
