Halima Walked me through everything, packaged my shipping item as it would have been difficult for me to do. Halima Was very kind, explained everything to me and took the time to ensure I knew what steps I needed to take, and checked on me from time to time when I was at the Office Workstation, the FedEx site was not working and Halima Loaded the package into my truck. It was a pleasure working with her and she made me feel like a person and not someone who just rushes in to ship something. She was pleasant, kind and just a wonderful human being, hard to find that type of character theses days and especially for someone so young. I can’t say enough good things about her, she is an employee anyone would be lucky to have. She is a great “Face for FedEx” and great person to have representing your company. Thank You so much Halima you are priceless!

Other employees at this location are great and I never write reviews like this, but I feel I spend quite a bit and support this store, and consistently regret. not saying something to Fedex/Manager.
