Right from the beginning of our interaction she was very friendly and helpful in finding odd size box for my items I was returning to target. I already had the shipping label printed out. What I most appreciated was her patience and kindness when she saw I was struggling to get my credit card in the machine for payment. I am not an elderly person but have limitations in use of my hands due to spinal nerve damage from a car accident. There have been many more times than not when people working at businesses see me struggle in the same scenario and react negatively or impatiently. Please thank her and share my appreciation.

I paid overnight air ($222.98) and I was told the package would be delivered the next day Saturday by 12:00 noon. The package was not delivered until Monday morning. I was upset because I was very clear about the delivery time.

He is friendly respectful. Not lazy as I have in the past noticed some who ignored me and was not busy but evading the work that they are being paid to do. This is not my first encounter with this kind, helpful and friendly man. He goes above the call of duty. I do not know him personally but at the age of 73 I realize exceptional people when I interact with them. Please hold on to him as long as you can.
