The other team member was busy so Tara offered to help. She also could not download the file at the printer. We were in a time crunch, so she found it at the computer at the counter and sent it to the printer. Since I had to pay at the counter she verified the number of pages twice. These documents had to get in. the mail that day and we SO appreciated Tara's help making it happen. We don't have a need use your service a lot but it is nice to have Tara and other team members there to help walk us thru the process and fix any problems or screw-ups on my part!
