I don't think you could come into the store less prepared than I was to ship my items. All I was met with was patience and stellar service!!! I didn't have a package to ship my items. I didn't know my account number. I was a mess, but George just stepped up, solved my problems and got my items off to my son!! FedEx... Please realize that you have the right man behind the counter with George!!!
