    I was welcomed into the store by both staff members. They treated me with dignity and courtesy. When I had trouble with the paper cutter and laminator Tyler intervened and helped me resolve my issue.

    I was greeted by the assistant manager who was also friendly and helpful — they were helping another customer but took in my request and had me email them the file. After emailing, the assistant manager peeled off and Tyler hopped right in to help promptly, was able to turn around my project super quick, and was just genuinely friendly. Folks here seem to work as a team and have it down pat. One of the better FedEx experiences I’ve ever had!

    I am very grateful and impressed by the help and professionalism of Rashonda at store #5139 and her assistant manager Stella. They were both truly helpful and made it possible for me get important conference materials ahead of the scheduled date. Rashonda's work preparing the color prints out and other documents was perfect and everything looked beautiful. Please thank them for the terrific help!

    My mind went completely blank when I came in and didn't even know how to ask to send a package!! it was embarrassing, but Stella didn't make me feel as bad as I could have. She was very patient with me, and as flustered as I was, Stella was very kind and asked all the right questions to clarify. I usually don't agree to fill out these surveys but honestly, anything for Stella after that dumpster fire of a social interaction.
