After emailing, the assistant manager peeled off and Tyler hopped right in to help promptly, was able to turn around my project super quick, and was just genuinely friendly. Folks here seem to work as a team and have it down pat. One of the better FedEx experiences I’ve ever had!

She was very patient with me, and as flustered as I was, Stella was very kind and asked all the right questions to clarify. I usually don't agree to fill out these surveys but honestly, anything for Stella after that dumpster fire of a social interaction.
