My Uber driver was doing all he could to get me to your location before closing at 7:00 PM. Traffic was not good, and I knew I’d make it by 7:00 or shortly thereafter. I called the location just before 7:00 PM and one stop light away. Ericka and Zach were AMAZING in response! Though the store was closed by the time i could actually arrive, they told me they would keep watch for me outside and ensure that i got my decks! My meeting the next day would have been ruined, without their help! And after a very long day of travel, they relieved me of my stress all the way around! The printing of the decks was perfect, too. My sincere thanks go out to both of them!

I ran through the rain carrying a vacuum cleaner to your 1200 Market St location in Philadelphia, only to find out they were closed all day, due to some hotel event. I, then, ran in the rain to this location, where I took a deep breath going inside knowing I didn’t want to carry my frustration into the store. Amiraah greeted me from across the way and the way she greeted me was so kind and wonderful. She immediately took the pressure off of me. She assisted me without hesitation and made me feel important and cared for. In a world where kindness doesn’t seem to be the most common thing anymore, she literally made my day. As I walked out of the store, I was grateful the other place was closed, because her smile and kindness made me smile, inside and out. She deserves all the recognition from your company.
