    I ordered online and simply picked up. What struck me as I left was the apathy, lack of customer service I received from the person that handed me the order. I walked in and sai hello and smiled. I was met with a deadpan stare. I was asked how they could help, I told them I was there to pick up more order. She asked my name, typed it in and walked away. She came back with the order, out a receipt in it and turned her back and walked away. No thank you, no can I help with anything else, just turned her back and walked away. Awful.

    I came in to print some flyers for a collection for the homeless at my church. I was greeted by a very nice man (sorry, I didn't note him name) who filled the paper on the copier and made sure I was set up. Then I asked if the copies could be cut in half, and Abigail was so kind as to do it quickly and perfectly. My transaction was late in the day, and both employees were friendly and helpful. Shout out to Abigail for saving me time at a cutter in our meeting room! I love this location and have been using them for copies and shipping for a while. Not always the cheapest choice, but totally worth ever cent!

    Leyla and Deja are amazing! They not only managed a store full of people in the last hour of being open, they finished my print job and remained calm and pleasant to everyone. Trust me the mess a customer dropped and left was atrocious and they handled it with the utmost professionalism . The teamwork between the two of them was outstanding FedEx is fortunate to have these 2 ladies working for them. They are exemplary employees! I will definitely do business there.

    I arrived a little before closing. I didn't have the shipping address and Abby offered to look it up for me. Deja assisted with packaging. Both were so kind and easy to talk to. They made it a very easy experience.

    Daja (possibly not spelled correctly) was very helpful, friendly and professional. In addition, she was going to add more tape to the boxes I took in to make them more secure before shipping.

    There were multiple typos on my receipt, not sure if done purposefully or if by accident, luckily (I assume) none of the typos in address should stop the delivery of my item. If a worker does not deliver my package because a worker made typos, I will be extremely dissatisfied. The typos show incompetency, haste, and makes me very reluctant to return if I do at all. I might not get my shipment to the desired location because of multiple typos. I hope the delivery worker that is out to deliver realizes what the worker was trying to type but failed to do so. Value of shipped items was $220 but they marked it at only $100. Overall, not a great experience and it caused more stress than reassurance. Upset with my experience.

    THE TEAM MEMBER THAT HELPED US WAS MORE THAN PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. WE STUMBLED OVER OUR PHONE NUMBER SINCE WE AUTO DAIL IT NOW. SHE SAW OUR EMBARRASSMENT AND OFFERED THAT SHE DOES THAT TOO, "WHO REMEMBERS NUMBERS ANYMORE?" THAT GRACIOUSNESS IS ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT YOU TYPICALLY GET IN CUSTOMER SERVICE THESE DAYS. YOU HAVE A GEM IN THAT TEAM MEMBER AND HOPE SHE IS RECOGNIZED FOR WHAT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVCE SHE PROVIDED US.

    Exceptional customer service. Staff is always very helpful, kind, respectful and helpful. I am a senior citizen but not techy. Kris G was so helpful. He assisted with scanning a large document and emailing to the tax office and myself. He explained the cost of faxing the document vs scanning and emailing. His tech knowledge was very helful and saved me a lot of money. Big win! Always pleased with my experiences with this store and the wonderful employees. KUDOS
