Brandon provided excellent customer service and made my experience a positive one even though I was printing the funeral booklets for my mother's service. They definitely exceed in all areas of customer service. I always can depend upon this specific location when I can't count on the drivers who are supposed to come and pick the packages up from my office when scheduled over the phone, but more than half the time never show up but tell their dispatcher they picked up the packages. You guys definitely need more people like Brandon & Delilah working for you and get rid of the drivers that lie and say they are doing the job they are being paid to do and aren't actually doing it.
