- Saturday, April 20, 20241 out of 5Rating 1.0I entered to Bartlett location where Heather and her college worked I stood behind 4 other people and waited while they were serviced when it was my turn I was told to use the self print machine. I didn’t know how and wasn’t given instructions just a card with the URL code. I fumbled with the machine for 10 minutes and wasn’t asked if I was okay or did I even know how to do self print. A young lady who had no affiliation with the store who was making prints herself actually showed me how and walked me through it. It was a difficult and for somebody who doesn’t work in print I expected more instructions maybe given by the print specialist or on the machine. Heather never addressed me after she handed me the card and shewed me off. As a long employee of fedex I wasn’t given any discounts or even greeted in a nice way. Sorry to say I was also up charged for copies that should have been black and whites but I couldn’t ask for that because the self service machine automatically chooses the functions for you.
