    Kalyn was extremely helpful she took the time to help us choose the right size poster and accommodated us to print our graphics in the right dimensions. She took time to even help us pick out an easel. She was patient and made the processs seamless.

    Courtney took time to explain the options for my print job, particularly related to the paper choice I was making for large posters. She also indicated that the uploaded should be good quality. I was able to complete my 1st order with her in the store, and then returned home to complete my 2nd order ON MY OWN! When I returned to the store for pick-up today, she greeted me by saying how good the projects looked. She made the experience very good...and, I even got my printing back in <2 days!

    ONCE AGAIN - the team members at this location came through for me on a rush job - such a team effort! I frantically called with a last minute print rush job for a client - Theresa fast tracked it, I know I am getting her name wrong but kayln? (cute short hair) checked on the order for me and when I came to pick it up (within two hours) Courtney reviewed the order expertly, trimmed it additionally for me, packed and shipped!!!! Everyone here was great! THE ONLY downside I have is that even though I paid for early am next day delivery - the package got delayed in North Carolina - and delivered a day late which was disappointing after all the effort from this team - but everything else was amazing as always

    I had to make a copy of a document from my phone, and Ben was so incredibly helpful! This is the 2nd time in a week that I have come in to make a copy, and both times Ben helped me. He is so very polite, helpful, and just a breath of fresh air to have such a pleasant experience! He made it so easy the first time I came in that I looked for him the second time because he was so helpful!

    Every single time there is nothing but the utmost professionalism, expertise, precision, care, and efficiency displayed by Kalyn, Teresa, Chris, and the entire team at this location. Under Kathy's leadership a customer never feels unheard or felt unattended to no matter how busy it may be. Not only does every customer feel attended to. Each customer feels like they are getting the very best every single time. Kalyn is always willing to do any task to help ensure the needs of the customer are met. That's true leadership.
