Judy has ALWAYS gone above and beyond to help me get the best results, by making suggestions and help to make my order the absolute best it can be. If FedEx doesn't have an Employee of the Month program, I nominate Judy for that title.

    Overall experience between my 3 trips there to print, pickup and print more, and then pickup again, gave me the overall impression that the employees there do not hold customer service as a priority. I wasn’t acknowledged until standing at the counter for a minute or two. Then my greeting was “I’ll be with you in a minute”. Not hello, not welcome, just a cold be with you in a minute. I was the only customer there and 2 employees were standing at computers, of which neither were interested in helping me. I probably stood there for a minimum of 5 minutes before one guy “wandered” over. Very bad customer service. And this situation is indicative of all 3 of my experiences there.

    I called into the Fedex office. I spoke with Judy. I needed a large box to return a suit case. Judy was nice and ready to assist me. I gave her the size and she told me to come in. Judy was available to assist and she packed the box, outstanding customer service. I really appreciate, Judy.
