Chris and Talia kindly offered to laminate everything for me. I also wasn't able to print one of my documents double-sided. The lady behind the counter (I didn't catch her name) told me to email the document to her and she would take care of it. They took my information and told me it would take a couple hours because they had several jobs in their queue. My last meeting ended earlier than expected, so I went back to the store and Chris was already finished! I've worked in retail/customer service my whole career, so I greatly appreciate quality customer service when I experience it. The store was clean, the staff was friendly, and the customer service was incredible. I will exclusively use this location for all of my printing needs moving forward. Thank you, Chris and Talia!
