    I came to the store to print some important tax documents. I am not very tech savvy so I asked David for assistance. David helped me with the whole process and made it quick and painless. He was a delight throughout my whole visit.

    The store and the employees were great. My issue and unresolved problem is with the company. On 1/18/2024 I paid over $200 for express shipping; it is now 1/22/2024 and my package has yet to be delivered. A customer service representative said she was unable to help me with my concerns.

    What an incredible shipping experience! Robert was kind, helpful, joyful, and far exceeded any other FedEx shipping experience we’ve had. What a gem! He was knowledgeable and helpful as well. Really very impressed. The store was clean, organized, and busy! I would hire Robert in a second to work for my company. Well done, FedEx!

    I went into the store to print a bunch of documents. I am not very tech savvy and was anxious to go in. David met me at the door and proceeded to help me every step of the way. I didn't have to do anything as David was very knowledgeable about my needs and fulfilled them to the fullest. He was so sweet and had me smiling the whole day. It was a great experience all around.

    I needed to print and bind 5 proposals and was on a tight deadline. Our office printers were not functioning, and I needed to ship my documents by end of day. I called FedEx and spoke with Ruben, who assured me they could help if I got there soon. I rushed over and Ruben was extremely professional and helpful in printing my proposals. He allowed me to review one draft before binding, and quality checked the documents himself to make sure there were no accidental blank pages. He was a real life saver and I appreciate all he did to help me.

    I've been printing a lot of small print jobs lately, so this will cover the last two weeks of my sending my print jobs to your office. Your team member, Darnell, does an amazing job. My print jobs are ready for me to pick up (I don't wait). He shows me the job to make sure I am satisfied (I am always happy). I realize there are other offices closest to me but this office is closest to my work; however, I return because of the outstanding customer service I receive from your team.
