    Worst experience ever! I know it was self service, but I was struggling. Two ladies working. One was working the counter and the other one was tearing off some paper. I asked the lady that was tearing the paper if she could could help me for a moment. She gave me some instructions. I ran across another problem and asked for help again. The lady started telling me what to do at a distance. She wouldn’t come over to help, so I tried again. I eventually asked the lady at the counter if she could help me. She came towards me to help me and then all of a sudden stopped and started to give me directions at a distance. She then turned away and wouldn’t talk to me anymore. She was actually pleasant but for whatever reason she turned around and wouldn’t talk to me anymore. So I turned around and figured it out myself. When I was about to leave the rude heavyset lady decided to talk to me . She asked if I wanted a paper sack. I turned to the young lady who had been pleasant to me and asked for a sack. The rude lady told me that I couldn’t have a sack unless I got it from her. At this point, I’m extremely mad because I had begged for help. I told her that she saw that I was struggling and didn’t try to help me. Then refused to give me a sack unless I got it from her. She was taunting me and enjoying it. I snatched the bag out of anger because I needed it and that’s normally not my character. I know I was at the self service counter and I should’ve been able to do it on my own. I’m almost 62 years old and I’m not that good with some things. I told her that I treat people like I want to be treated. It didn’t matter if they were black, white, rich or poor. I really needed help. I was visiting my son who is about to be deployed. I needed those copies for my grandkids birthday party that was about to start in 2 hours. I really appreciate the nice lady working at the counter. The rude employee needs a review course on to treat customers. If self service means that you won’t receive any help, FedEx needs to post a sign stating that.

    I was in a pickle and Erika was detail-oriented, but quick and concise in providing to me all my options to ship my package so it can arrive by a certain date. This is a great location !

    I ordered brochure prints online and when there was a repetitive and annoying technological hiccup, Erika took the time to go above and beyond to fix it and kept me up to date on my relatively small order the entire way. Once I got to the store, I was met with her kind and energetic smile. I was hesitant to return after the technological issues, but these things happen and it’s best to rely on someone like Erika when they do. So I will gladly endorse this location.

    DaRell was the main person l worked with handling my packaging with kindness,professionalism,and competence. He was a joy to work with. Celestina added greatly to my overall experience by the Friendly nature of the conversation. It was certainly a team effort.

    As I entered I was greeted by 2 gentlemen. Andre helped me with my documents on scanning to the usb. When I went to the machines to continue printing I started having issues with the machine. He came and assisted me. Over all great experience. He was so polite and always had a smile on his face. Very friendly. Would definitely recommend anyone to come back and get any assistance from Andre.
