    I was warmly greeted by Tiffany and Sheryl, and I said “you’re gonna know me. I’m Seth. “You’re Seth! We’ve been waiting for you.” It was an epic reception and pleased me greatly thus shipping FedEx as we exclusively do. Rachel rounded out my experience showing that she’s the best kind of manager your company could hope to have.

    I forget the employee's name but he had blonde hair and glasses. He was very helpful! My family got their presents the very next day. I think the shipping cost was a little ridiculous that's too bad.

    Talk about customer service. Sheryl is amazing, kind, and very quick. I got my order twice sooner than expected. First time printing through fedex and I will continue to do so due to Sheryl !

    I packed up a box then wrapped it in heavy brown wrapping paper, taped it well then attached an airball zip lock envelope to the box. I was told at the FedEx store that your conveyor equipment tears up wrapping like this and destroys the air bill. So I had to spend an additional $10 to purchase another box to put my box in! I was told your equipment is rougher on packages than the USPS. I guess I'll use USPS or UPS next time. I've had a FedEx account for many years but maybe it's time to say good-bye. My last experience was equally bad. I sent a shipment to my son in NY and requested Direct Signature. The driver rang the bell but never waited for a response even though my son was expecting the delivery so he waited at home for it. The driver left a notice that no one was home and left. My son had to drive to a FedEx location to pick up the package. That wasn't what I paid for!

    Sheryl was extremely rude no customer service what’s so ever. They also committed fraud in this location I was given a receipt for $27.55 for 11.85lb told her scale read 7.60lb so she refunded the money back, Then gave me a new receipt for same amount $27.55 with 7.60lb. So there is definitely fraud there in this store. Sheryl was very rude about it and said that is the machine automatically charged it. But how can it be same price for two totally different weight? She was bothered by me asking. Would not even try to comprehend what I was asking or did not care. I definitely would like a call back me back. This store is ripping people off by charging what ever they want. Unless this Sheryl did it deliberately since she seemed to be racist with Hispanics. She definitely did not treat others the same as she treated us Hispanics. Very poor customer service! I just hope my package arrive well to it’s destination since she seemed not to be trusted.

    I WAS WELCOMED BY JASMINE AND RACHEL UPON ENTERING THE STORE. THE WAIT WAS SHORT AND WORKING WITH JASMINE MADE MY DAY! I HAD A REALLY HORRIBLE DAY, HOWEVER, JASMINE WAS REALLY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE WITH ALL MY NEEDS AND MADE MY DAY! NOT ONLY IS SHE BEAUTIFUL ON THE OUTSIDE, BUT ON THE INSIDE AS WELL! SHE'S DEFINITELY A GREAT IMAGE FOR YOUR COMPANY AND BRAND. HOPEFULLY A PROMOTION IS IN THE NEAR FUTURE FOR HER! PLEASE SHARE THIS KUDOS WITH HER. RACHEL AND JASMINE ALWAYS MAKE ME FEEL IMPORTANT TO THEM AS NOT ONLY A CUSTOMER, BUT A PERSON!
