Though they were somewhat busy, I asked if she could do one of the binding services right away and she did. Then she informed me the other 7 binding notebook would be ready by 11 am the next day. However, later on that day, I received a call that they were already ready for me to pick up at my convenience. I always appreciate them calling me and letting me know when my services are ready.
