Dakota was very pleasant and efficient. It was rather annoying however, that another employee, possibly the manager because she was not wearing a FedEx shirt, kept interrupting us by discussing breaks and who was staying to close while Dakota was trying to complete my transaction. Seems like this discussion could have waited until after the customer was helped. But I just received confirmation that my shipment was delivered a day before promised, so I am happy with the service I received.
