While I checked out with a paper purchase, I observed him begin the print job. As I suspected, a page immediately jammed. Raymond carefully removed the jammed page from the lid of the copier and carefully smoothed it out. I apologized for the condition of the pages. He said no worries. I returned the next day. To my surprise, Raymond said only a page or two were problematic, but overall everything went well. I appreciate the exemplary service I received. Sara was kind and pleasant as she learned how to navigate the purchase transaction, and Raymond professionally copied my originals, handled them with care, and was kind. Job well done.
