    Kenya W. was such a breath of fresh air. We were so glad that we found a FedEx inside of the Walmart as we were pressed for time. We had our annual holiday benefit and concert which supports victims and survivors of violence in Washington, D.C.--we had to get to the venue as soon as possible as we were driving up from Atlanta, GA. Our mission was to get the programs printed as soon as possible. Kenya W. made that happen for us. Great customer service and great interaction with returning customers. Will definitely be getting my annual print jobs done at this store. Thanks so much!

    4 people waiting in line at a Walmart FedEx. Just needed a receipt that shows I dropped off a package. The guy acknowledges me, knows I just need a receipt, but then helps the two other customers who don’t even have their items packaged up yet. Customer service is horrible. I’m avoiding this location

    I am a regular at this store all the time and Kenya always helps me. She is very professional and always willing to answer any questions I need. She was very patient with me even though she had a line of customers that were getting impatient because of me taking so long but she handled herself well. It always a pleasure when I walk in and see her.

    The associate was an excellent multi-tasker. An elderly customer was having difficulty with her shipment and the FedEX team member was able to assist the elderly customer while helping other customers on a separate register.

    Ms. Renae is super professional, very articulate and courteous. She was extremely helpful and jovial. She is dedicated and an asset to FedEx! Her interactions with the other staff member was great as well. Please reward her with a promotion or pay, she definitely deserves it! I have used that FedEx store before and never asked to complete a survey. I asked Renae because I was that impressed.

    This was my second visit to this location in Stafford VA. Ms Kenya is always courteous, professional and respectful when interacting with me and customers in the checkout line ahead of me.     I had a shipping label from my company, Serco-NA, with instructions to just drop off my laptop and all accessories and FEDEX would take care of the rest. When I did that, the rep told me that this shipping label only covered shipping and not packaging even though I showed her the email from Serco that said it covered the whole return including packaging. I argued using the email as proof, however, the rep said the manager would not do packaging for ground shipping. The rep was not helpful and told me the fee for packaging. I then left and did the packaging myself. Either Serco contracted for one thing and FEDEX was doing something else, or the manager at this office was wrong. In either case, it resulted in an unsatisfactory transaction. I have reported this to Serco for them to resolve, but it gave me a bad taste about FEDEX.
