She's my tech person and would normally have done this project for me. I was highly emotional. Jason was very calming and empathetic. That man is a dynamo. I know zip about technology and he took time to help and educate me without being condescending or acting put out. All while helping numerous other customers at the same time. Wait! He's also bilingual. This guy goes above and beyond for his customers. I will recommend FedEx Office to everyone.

Brian was the only one working, and even though there was a line of folks, Brian was able to help everyone out in a timely manner. My order was custom and I can always count on Brian to help with printing needs.

I said I wanted this poster to get signed from a celebrity that I was going to meet at a convention. He explained how I should get satin and not glossy. When it printed it looked amazing and I got amazing feedback from the celebrity who seen my print. Brian is very helpful and I came in and directly only seen him because I heard from my girlfriend that he is a great person to ask for help.
