She was a complete delight, helping me choose my paper, fast-track my order, and set up my new corporate account, which is about to also include not only printing but a whole lot of event shipping. Arianna is warm and knowledgeable and made me feel like I was truly being taken care of by someone on my team. I was and am completely blown away by the level of service.

Miri is always so bright and cheerful. She really brings a positive energy to FedEx Vancouver. She goes way above and beyond for me to make my job easier. I see her going very far in the company. If FedEx is lucky enough to keep her.

Going on six years now she is one of the most professional people I’ve worked with always has a smile on his face and he trains his staff members so well that they are second to none. I have seen two or three of his store members become managers I travel a little further to do business with his store, because of their professionalism.

It got busy as she was helping me so she checked to see if I was okay with waiting a minute while she helped someone who had a quick request. The booklets turned out fantastic and the accounts are very happy and my manager is also very happy so I had it stored long-term in a file and I’m sure I will be back to order plenty more. I also informed different team members in different areas about the saved booklets, and that they are saved in long-term storage at FedEx and they will probably also order more so thank you very much Emmet!! You make my to do list so much easier! The staff at this location is amazing. I’m there daily 🙂

This was not the case with Kariza, she helped find a box that would work for me and didn't let a thing stop her from helping me get the best deal. She was insanely charismatic and honestly made my day just from the conversation and help she provided. I wasn't frustrated with or at the other stores but something about this location made me feel great.
