    I had no idea how to print copies. I was shown how to do it. Then I had an error on self serve. I was helped by them pulling it up on their computer and she printed it for me. She also turned some of my copies correct way to print and others to enlarged to page size. She printed pages for me.

    I needed to scan/copy several double-sided zines and Riker taught me how to do it myself. He checked in several times to make sure everything was going smoothly and I'm very happy with the service and finished product.

    Leigh Jacobs is AMAZING!! I see Leigh one time a year. When I walked into her store, later in the year than normal, she stopped in her tracks and turned to me and called me by my first name!!!! That is impressive...considering how many people they see on a daily basis. Every year we order our mass mailing postcards, and she does such a great job helping us from start to finish. Every year I pray she's the one standing behind the counter, because I will be shocked if someone can fill her shoes to help us as well as she does. So impressed with her professionalism and kindness and always understanding our deadlines. So glad we found your office! She's a great asset to this office. We've had a few printing issues when the orders came in w/ some smudges and lines, and she took examples and made sure it didn't happen again. It wasn't the whole order, just a handful of cards. We also had a difference in the thickness of our magnetic business cards from one year to the next, and she immediately looked into it to make sure it didn't happen again, and that everything was EXACTLY what we wanted. Never once complained or made me feel bad for bringing it to her attention. Very professionally handled. I never worry we won't receive what we ask for. She's taken a lot of pride with our projects, which is hard to always come by these days.

    First time shipping an item with fedex and the assistance from Shira was stellar. My negative feelings was that my info source showed me I will pay approximately $12 to get this shipped and it ended up $48.65.

    Leigh was fantastic! If there is such a thing as going above and beyond, she surpassed it! I needed help in enlarging a map, but keeping it readable and she was incredibly kind and helpful.

    Store was pretty busy, but the team was politely greeting customers, and efficiently addressing all needs. Shira greeted me and safely packaged my shipment. This entire team is really good, very customer focused!

    The employee wss really nice I didn’t realize there was self service laminating so I was standing in line for about a half hour while she tried to figure out the computer madness that was happening with the people in front of me in line and the other guy on the computer angrily (and rightly so) dealing with your overseas customer service meanwhile I’ve never laminated anything so it took me like a half hour over there to figure out the laminator none of this is the employee fault (it is however very much the corporate offices fault for depending solely on computers that don’t work so corporate is to blame there

    We came to FedEx to get my desktop pc packaged and shipped. Anney was a super star. She kept having technical difficulties with our order and persisted even though more customers kept coming in and she was the only employee in the store. she continued to help us while helping other customers and after she attempted our order like 3 or 4 times, her manager showed up and told us that there was nothing we could really do about the situation, so we asked if they could just package the computer and we could try to ship it at a different store, Anney was so enthusiastic and so kind even though our order was a huge pain. She packed everything up in 30 minutes and did such a good job, everything was extra wrapped, super securely. then we asked if we could try paying for the shipping one more time and she immediately agreed and started doing the process and it worked! In total we had spent an hour and a half at FedEx, with our huge super annoying order but Anney was so helpful and sweet and so thorough with everything she did. Anney if you read this my dad and i are your biggest fans thank you so much we appreciate you!!! <3
